Rachel brings over 20 years’ experience in the trade mark profession and has assisted clients with all areas of trade mark protection, including clearance searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications and handling oppositions.

Rachel has provided advice to a wide range of clients from small businesses to large corporations, across a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, fashion, food and drink, pharmaceuticals and financial services. Rachel is particularly interested in providing strategic advice in relation to trade mark oppositions and assisting clients in negotiating settlement agreements.
